Our set-up slots and availability of items are on a first come first serve basis.
Full payment is required to be made within 24 hours upon checking out on our website to confirm your order. Reservation of items will only be held for 24 hours until payment is made. In the event that payment is not made within 24 hours, the items will be released.
Set-up in off-shore area (Sentosa & Jurong Island) are subjected to additional $30 surcharge. Surcharge of $30 applies to venue without lift access (i.e. Shophouses).
Set-up before 12pm and/or tear down after 11pm will be subjected to a $50 surcharge.
Set-up before 9am will be subjected to a $100 surcharge.
Set-up that falls on a Singapore listed Public Holiday will be subjected to a $50 surcharge.
We will not provide any refund for cancellation of order after it is confirmed.
For cancellation of order, paid amount can only be converted to credit for your future event use.
Last minute cancellation less than 3 days before event will be subjected to a cancellation rate of $50 deductible from paid amount.
We will also deduct additional cost incurred from the cancellation of event (i.e. custom props/ perishable items such as fresh flowers).

On set-up day, a $150 security deposit fee is required to be collected. It will be refunded after tear down when all SIS props and decorations are returned in good condition.
Should there be any damaged or misplaced props and/or decorations, the security deposit will be deducted according to the retail value of the items. Should the replacement value exceed the security deposit value, additional cost charges will be applicable.
For fabrics such as table cloth / tulle curtain/ carpet, a cleaning fee of $10-50 will be imposed if they are dirtied/ stained.
Changes in decor
Should you have a change in mind in the type of decor after confirmation of order, we will try our best to accommodate as much as possible. Any additional cost incurred from these changes will be chargeable. SIS reserves the right to commence any changes other than those previously discussed, once payment is made.
Changes in date/ time/ venue
Any changes in date, time or venue is subjected to our availability. For changes in new event date, surcharge applies accordingly. Cancellation charges are also applicable in the event that we are not available for the updated event schedule.
When booking your venue, please be reminded to factor the duration for event set-up and tear down.
An estimation of duration required for set-up will be 1-2 hours, and tear down will be 30mins-1hour.
However, do kindly note that the duration depends on the complexity. Please be assured that we will advise the estimated set up and tear down duration required upon confirmation of your order.
Surcharge will be applicable on top of the total charge for bookings made less than 21 days from event date.
Less than 7 days - $50
Less than 3 days - $100
