CHECK OUT YOUR ORDERS
Add all the desired items to your cart. Upon checking out rental items, indicate your preferred collection date and time.
Collection are only available on weekdays between 2-10pm (by appointment basis). Weekend collections are not available as we will be out for event set-up.
You can return anytime within 72hrs after collection (ie. Friday 2-10pm collection, return by 10pm on Monday). Additional charges apply if you need the items for more than 4 days (subjected to availability).
Should you require any delivery service, do whatsapp us at 96883449 all the items required as well as your postal code to find out the delivery rate.

Kindly make payment to confirm your order after checking out on our website.
Your items will be released if payment is not made within 24 hours.

COLLECT
Head down to our studio on the appointed date and time to collect your items.

A refundable security deposit is required to be paid in cash or via paynow, hence you are advised to inspect the items during collection.
-- $50 security deposit will be required for rental amount less than $50 -- $100 security deposit for rental amount less than $100 -- $150 security deposit for rental amount beyond $100
RETURN
Pack the items nicely after your event and head down to our studio to return the items 4 days after collection.
Once the returned items are deemed in satisfactory condition, the security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days.
Security deposit will be deducted for any missing and/or damaged items and late return of rental props.
